Steps to Take to be Covered by the National Eviction Moratorium

The Center's for Disease Control issued a nationwide moratorium on evictions effective through December 31st of this year. This new law essentially applies to anyone living in a rental household anywhere.

This law does come with requirements to submit a declaration to a landlord that states that the renter has lost income due to the pandemic and they will seek financial assistance where possible.
